Located in Woodlawn Heights, MGR Remodeling LLC, HQ, takes shape as a permanent structure made of recycled shipping containers. Its rough aesthetics refers to the district’s industrial history, while its corrugated, gray shell with large-scale glazing invites passers-by to explore the interior.
The overall design features two containers. The base container consists of the common spaces of the building, while the upper container hosts the offices and a small terrace.
